Shipping Policy

We know what it's like to crave our cookies, so we do our best to ship your order out as soon as we can! We try to ship on Mondays and Tuesdays but will get the cookies to you as soon as we can!

We ship either UPS or USPS, so if you have a strong preference, please include that on your order.

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking information. Our cookies ship from Northwest Montana, so that may effect delivery time.

Return Policy

We’re so confident you’ll love our cookies, that we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

Simply mail back the cookies and we’ll refund your credit card less shipping charges. (We recommend using a shipping method that gives you a tracking number, since we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.)
