Cream Cheese Pie with Lemon Cookie Crumbs!

I don't know about you, but I'm all about a show stopping, yet simple to make dessert. And this one fits the bill! I took it to a birthday party recently, and no one passed up dessert, which definitely says something.  (If you make it, let us know!)
